Fall is here—pumpkin patches, crisp air, colorful leaves, and… the return of the schoolyard sniffles. As backpacks get filled with sharpened pencils and lunchboxes, they also seem to bring home an endless supply of runny noses, coughs, and the occasional wheeze.
